I see that in the TV room downstairs in the campus center, people talk on cell phones, talk loudly to each other in groups, and use it as a place more so to socialize instead of watching TV. I mean, some of us worship our favorite TV shows, and it is very rude for those that are inconsiderate to the actual purpose of that room... watching TV. I was wondering who I would be able to talk to about posting a sign in there about talking on cell phones, being loud, etc. There are tons of other places on campus to socialize, and this seems to be such a popular place.
